There is this girl at work that I think is so ridiculously hot. But it doesn't stop there; she's smart, charming and can easily blend in with the guys. I've had a crush on her for about 3 months now. Should I say something?

Yes! Of course you should say something. What's the matter with you? You've been pining over this woman for 3 whole months and nary a word?!? Come on, Phil, get with the program.

Otherwise, you should ask her out for drinks after work. If she says yes and invites 10 other people, then she's not interested in you. If she says no, well, again, she's not interested. But if she says yes, you're about 4 drinks away from great sex. Just kidding.

My girlfriend has made a new friend at work. "GEORGE" is a great guy who has no desire to sleep with her - according to her, that is. I am a guy, I know guys and I know he's planning to bang her. She won't listen to me. I'm getting angry that she's calling me jealous and irrational. What should I do?

Ah yes, the old "HE'S JUST A FRIEND SO DON'T ACT JEALOUS" playeroo. Here are your options:

1- Tell her what you just wrote to me. Tell her that if she respects and trusts you, then she'll believe that your intentions are good.

2- Tell her to test your theory. If she doesn't believe you, tell her to tell him that she's on a "BREAK" from her boyfriend and see how he reacts.

3- Do unto her as she is doing unto you. Sometimes people respond better to action than words. So find yourself a girl "FRIEND" at work and play the same game.

Keep in mind that it's also possible that your girlfriend is well aware of George's intentions and is enjoying the attention she's getting from him and the way it's affecting you. Or, she wants to bang him. Ouch, that must have hurt. Sorry.
